KID'S MINISTRY (Sunday School)
WHEN: After Worship Service
We believe that Children are an integral part of the fellowship and will be future leaders. So, we endeavor to share God’s word starting at a young age, with the intent that they learn to love God and follow Him. With that in mind, we have a great Sunday School team of dedicated teachers who teach on a volunteer basis. We follow an international curriculum, and at present are teaching from “The Gospel Project”. Our Sunday School kids’ ages range from preschool to twelve years old.

WHEN: 2nd & 4th Sundays
8:30am - 9:30am
Though we believe that parents are the primary spiritual influence in our kid’s life, we also believe that a strong teen’s ministry plays a vital role in their overall spiritual development. At BICF, we have a great teen’s group led by a team of dedicated leaders. Our teen’s ages range from 13 to 17 years old and they also follow an advanced version of “The Gospel Project” curriculum.
Moreover, as teens go through an often confusing adolescent period, there are powerful reasons why we should encourage our teenager(s) to go to a teen group, namely:
-
Teens need good role models and mentors
-
Teens need a Christian community of like-minded kids
-
Teens need sound teaching in biblical theology
-
Teens need a safe place to confess and confide

Young adults
WHEN: 2nd & 3rd sundays
12pm - 1pm
At BICF, we have a vibrant and dynamic group of young adults. We have young men and women represented from various parts of the world, all coming together to grow in Christ and connect with each other. We cater to many of the students who are away from home and need a place to connect and call ‘home away from home”. The young adults meet regularly after the morning service for fellowship, integrated with relevant topics for discussion over food and fun activities. It is the vision of BICF to prepare these young men and women as they go back to their communities that they would be effective leaders for Christ.

home groups
WHEN: weekly once
There is something powerfully unique about an intimate gathering around a living room, or a dining room table that forces us to think differently than when we are in a big room for worship. We believe that home groups provide a way for Christians to live out their faith instead of merely hearing more preaching or teaching. If Sunday morning is for listening, then the rest of the week is for living. Whether it’s discussing the Sunday sermon, talking about a spiritual battle, or simply praying for one another, home groups create a context for Christians to live out their faith in real life.
We believe that the relationships formed within home groups form a strong fabric within a church that will endure and strengthen over time. Finally, home groups provide a source of encouragement and accountability. People need accountability in their lives, encouragement in their walk with God, or help in some way and home groups provide a way to better meet these needs. Contact us to join a home group near your home.
women's fellowship
WHEN: 2nd saturdays
BICF believes in a women’s ministry as an important way of building the church body. There are aspects of the feminine life that can only be understood by other women. Women profit from being with other females as they learn from each other and encourage each other.
Men's breakfast fellowship
WHEN: 3rd saturdays
Men’s breakfast CLUB was started with the intent of providing a platform for Expats from varied business backgrounds to come together once a month on a Saturday over a lovely continental breakfast spread and to have a great fellowship. This also provided avenues to discuss biblical leadership principles, business experiences with one another to edify and build up one another. Finally, the breakfast also provides another way for an outreach.
women's role in ministry
From the very beginning of the church, women ministering to women was in the plan of God. Paul asks Titus to be actively involved in teaching, encouraging and instructing the godly older women so that they would be equipped for the task of leading the younger women. We have a yearly retreat for the women where they get to listen to great speakers and fellowship with one another. We also meet regularly for Bible studies and prayer, as well as quarterly get-togethers for all of the women to fellowship over food, singing and have a short devotion or special guest speaker.
worship ministry
We believe that BICF is a slice of heaven, in that we have people represented from diverse people groups from varied backgrounds and ethnicity coming together to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To meet the needs and taste of all people we have a dynamic blended worship style consisting of both biblically sound contemporary songs as well as timeless hymns. We presently have four worship teams, each group taking turns leading each week and with it bringing varied and exciting styles of worship all to the praise and glory of God.
